Turkey Avocado Club Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas whole wheat or low-carb optional
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast deli or leftover roasted turkey
  • 1 avocado mashed or sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese optional
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayo for spread
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional, for extra flavor
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Spread:
  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo) with Dijon mustard and black pepper.
Assemble the Wraps:
  1. Lay a flour tortilla on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the yogurt-mustard mixture over the tortilla.
  3. Layer with chopped lettuce, sliced tomato, turkey, avocado, and cheese (if using).
Wrap & Serve:
  1. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  2. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

  • For a low-carb version, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
  • For extra crunch, add cucumber slices or crispy lettuce.
