Method
 

  1. Warm the Tortilla: Heat the flour tortilla in a dry skillet over low heat for about 20 seconds per side until soft and pliable.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat until just set.
  3. Assemble the Burrito: Place the scrambled eggs in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add Protein & Cheese: Sprinkle the cooked bacon or sausage over the eggs, then top with shredded cheese.
  5. Add Veggies: Scatter the diced veggies over the filling for extra crunch and nutrition.
  6. Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
