  • 1 frozen acai packet 100 g, unsweetened or lightly sweetened
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
For the Toppings:
  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup optional

Method
 

Blend the Base:
  1. In a blender, combine the acai packet, pomegranate juice, frozen berries, and 1/2 banana. Blend until smooth and thick. Add a splash of pomegranate juice if needed to adjust the consistency.
