  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Prepare Ingredients:
  1. Slice the banana and measure out the kefir and berries.
