- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add corn and stir to coat evenly in butter.
- Stir in honey, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly caramelized.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve warm immediately.
Notes
Use fresh corn for best flavor in summer, or frozen corn year-round. Do not overcook the honey to avoid burning. Stir frequently to achieve light caramelization. For deeper flavor, brown the butter before adding the corn.
