Ingredients
  

For the Wraps:
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts sliced
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional Add-ins:
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup croutons crushed (for crunch)
  • ½ avocado sliced

Method
 

Grill the Chicken:
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
Prepare the Filling:
  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
Assemble the Wraps:
  1. Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Add a portion of the Caesar salad mix, then top with sliced grilled chicken.
  3. (Optional) Add cherry tomatoes, crushed croutons, or avocado for extra flavor.
Wrap & Serve:
  1. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  2. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
