Prepare the Vegetables:

Add the Feta & Serve:
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15-20 minutes for enhanced flavor.
Notes
- For a milder onion flavor, soak the sliced red onions in cold water for 10 minutes before adding them to the salad.
- For extra protein, add chickpeas or grilled chicken.
- Best served fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
