Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Ritz Bits crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add crackers and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Add Parmesan and cheddar cheese and toss lightly.
  5. Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly crisp.
  7. Cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Bake at low temperature to melt cheese without burning. Always spread crackers in a single layer for even crisping. Let cool before serving so the coating sets properly. Toss gently to avoid breaking crackers.
