- Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add crackers and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Add Parmesan and cheddar cheese and toss lightly.
- Spread crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly crisp.
- Cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
