Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • skillet
  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • parchment paper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
  5. Add beef mixture and cheddar cheese to the center of each piece.
  6. Fold dough around filling and pinch edges tightly to seal. Place seam-side down.
  7. Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.
  8. Brush mixture over each bomb.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Let the beef mixture cool slightly before filling to make sealing easier. Do not overfill the dough to prevent bursting. Pinch seams tightly and place seam-side down. Brush generously with garlic butter for best flavor and color.
