Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional, for garnish

Method
 

Cook the Egg Noodles:
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Butter Sauce:
  1. In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder and onion powder, cooking for about 1 minute to release their flavors.
Combine the Noodles and Sauce:
  1. Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the butter sauce.
Season and Garnish:
  1. Season the noodles with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the parsley.
  2. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve:
