Easy Nutella Puff Pastry Twists

These crispy and flaky Nutella puff pastry twists are the perfect sweet treat, made with just a few ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sheets puff pastry thawed according to package directions
  • ½ cup Nutella
  • 1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar optional, for sprinkling

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Spread Nutella evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border.
  4. Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and press gently to seal.
  5. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
  6. Twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
