  • mixing bowl
  • spoon
  • pastry brush
  • oven

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, shaping firmly. Brush lightly with melted butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Spoon filling into each wonton cup, slightly mounding the tops.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden and filling is bubbly.
  6. Cool for 2–3 minutes, then carefully remove from the tin.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is fully softened before mixing for a smooth filling. Press wonton wrappers firmly into the muffin tin to ensure even crisping. Do not overfill to avoid soggy bottoms. Serve immediately for best texture.
