- Preheat broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Toast baguette slices in a skillet with olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- In the same skillet, heat butter and garlic, then add shrimp. Season and cook briefly until heated through.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley. Mix evenly.
- Spoon mixture onto each toasted bread slice, pressing lightly to secure.
- Broil for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
Toast the bread well to prevent sogginess under the topping. Watch closely while broiling as the cheese can brown quickly. Use freshly shredded mozzarella for the best melt. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
