Ingredients
  

For the Buffalo Chicken:
  • 2 chicken breasts grilled and sliced (or shredded)
  • ¼ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce or your favorite buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Wraps:
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • ½ avocado sliced (optional)

Method
 

Prepare the Buffalo Chicken:
  1. In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  2. Toss the grilled or shredded chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
Assemble the Wraps:
  1. Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface.
  2. Add a portion of chopped romaine lettuce, then top with buffalo chicken, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing.
  3. (Optional) Add sliced avocado for extra creaminess.
Wrap & Serve:
  1. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  2. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

  • For a low-carb option, use a lettuce wrap or low-carb tortilla.
  • For extra crunch, add shredded carrots or sliced cucumbers.
  • Make it spicier: Add extra buffalo sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
