  • 1 medium banana sliced (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric or 1 teaspoon fresh turmeric root, grated
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt optional, for creaminess and protein
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper optional, enhances turmeric absorption
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional, for a chilled smoothie

Prepare Ingredients:
  1. Wash the berries, grate the ginger and turmeric (if using fresh), and slice the banana.
Blend the Smoothie:
